What impact do you want to make?

When we bring a new engineer into FoundryOS, there’s one clear expectation: Ship code to live within 3 weeks of joining.

This isn't a KPI. It’s not about pressure.

It’s about impact.

Nothing kills energy faster than sitting in meetings, talking about problems, debating hypotheticals. You don’t change anything from a whiteboard.

The reason most people join companies across the 11:FS ecosystem isn’t because we’ve got nice merch or a good meme game - it’s because they want to build something real. They want to see their fingerprints on the thing that’s reshaping financial services.

So that 3-week target does four things.

  • It gets people feeling part of the mission, fast.
  • You write code, you ship it, you see it live, you feel that buzz.
  • You’re contributing to something that matters.
  • It makes it very clear who’s here to do and who’s here to talk.

Because fintech doesn’t need more talkers - it needs builders.

Changing the fabric of financial services won’t happen in strategy decks or steering committees. It happens in commits, pull requests, and small, relentless pushes to production.

That’s what FoundryOS is.
That’s what 11:FS has always been.

And if that excites you, not scares you, then you’re probably one of us.
